Lynette joined Women's Council in 2007 shortly after getting her real estate license.  Her mentor and Past Coastal Delmarva Chapter President, Sandy Van Fleet told Lynette that WCR was a wonderful way to become successful as a new licensee.  She become involved in the Coastal Delmarva chapter quickly and held the position of 2008 VP of Membership, 2009 President-Elect and 2010 Local Chapter President.   Lynette also got involved at the state level as the 2010 Ways & Means Committee Chair and 2011 Finance & Budget Committee Chair before becoming assuming  the role of 2011 State President-Elect. Lynette also serves the real estate industry on the Maryland Association of REALTORS Conference and Advisory Committees. She was the 2010 MAR Rookie REALTOR of the year.

Herbie has been a member of WCR since 2005 and was the President of the Greater Baltimore Chapter in 2010 before becoming the 2011 State Chapter Secretary.  She has been very involved in the GBBR Chapter with Ways & Means events like their annual basket bingo. Herbie makes sure she attends the Mid-Year and National Conferences to stay informed of what is happening in the real estate industry.

Amy joined WCR in April of 2010 and became very involved in the Anne Arundel Chapter. She served as the VP of Membership in 2011 and is the 2012 President-Elect.  Her mission is to add the "fun" in all the chapter's events.  Amy stepped up to the plate once again and serves at the State level as our 2012 State Chapter Treasurer.

Sharon joined the Coastal Delmarva Chapter of WCR in 2001 shortly after getting my real estate license.  She has served as the Chapter Treasurer, VP of Membership, Pres-Elect and President and also served as the 2009 State Chapter Secretary, 2010 State Chapter President-Elect. and 2011 State Chapter President.  "I can truly say that being a member of this organization has made be grow in so many ways beyond my imagination.  I have developed the skills and courage needed to get up in front of room of over 100 people to speak.  I am encouraged to learn skills that help me in my real estate career.  I have traveled and attended several conferences allowing me to broaden my referral network.  Most of all Women's Council has given me many friendships from such a diverse group of individuals that I will always cherish."

Susan was the 2010 Maryland State Chapter President and continues to serve in the important role of Active Past President.  This important position will be a source of information and knowledge to the current board.  Susan has served at 2009 State Chapter Pres-Elect, 2008 State Chapter Treasurer, 2007 Greater Baltimore Chapter President and many other local positions.  Her experience and dedication to the Women's Council of REALTORS has definitely served the State chapter well. In 2012 Susan will serve as the President of The Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS.
